Conditioning Training

Not for the fainthearted our conditioning class is a full body workout using anything from kettle bells, tractor tyres, ropes etc to push your body to the limit.

This is an intense class and you will need a reasonable level of fitness to give it a go. With testing every 6-8 weeks, watch yourself improve over a variety of exercises.
