Matt Hughes’ Cage Fitness is a workout programme utilising skills from MMA and Cagefighting. There is no contact and students train individually using a specific Cagefitness Bag. Classes are 30 minutes long and are a full body workout.

South West Sydney Defensive Tactics Studio is a licensed Cagefitness facility and runs a number of classes through the week. All you need to participate in Cage Fitness is a pair of fingerless gloves which we have for hire, a towel, a bottle of water and a huge bundle of energy. We promise you a complete and effective workout in only 30 minutes.
